You will hear and read neo-racist content from Limbaugh the drudge report and daily.Drudge will scan the police blotters nationally, and post news links to troubling black on white crime. The more blacks in the attack, the louder and clearer the dog whistle is to racist voters.
Limbaugh will always take considerable time to lampoon, disparage, and mock African-Americans. It won't always be the President of the United States.
The more high-profile the target, the better.
